Vance says Zelenskiy comments about Hungary's Orban were 'scandalous'

BUDAPEST, April 8 (Reuters) - U.S. Vice President JD Vance said on Wednesday that comments made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy about Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban after he blocked an European Union loan for Kyiv were "scandalous".

Zelenskiy had implied that he could give Orban's address to the Ukrainian military.
