Kuwait says air defences dealing with a morning wave of Iranian drone attacks

April 8 (Reuters) - Kuwait said on Wednesday its air defences were intercepting a wave of Iranian drones launched since 8 a.m. (0500 GMT), according to the army.

The army said some drones targeted vital oil facilities, power stations and water desalination plants, causing major infrastructure damage.
