Expand Energy names Marcel Teunissen as CFO amid leadership rejig

April 6 (Reuters) - Natural gas producer Expand Energy EXE.O on Monday named Marcel Teunissen as its chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Teunissen replaces interim CFO Brittany Raiford, who held the role after the company terminated Mohit Singh without cause last year.

Teunissen was formerly President, North America at fuel distributor Parkland Corporation and its chief financial officer from 2020 to 2024.

The appointment follows the departure of Expand Energy CEO Domenic Dell’Osso earlier this year, with Chairman Michael Wichterich taking over as interim chief executive.
