March 30 (Reuters) - Xerox Holdings XRX.O on Monday named insider Louie Pastor as its new chief executive effective immediately, after Steve Bandrowczak stepped down.
Bandrowczak led the company through a "pivotal period," including the acquisitions and integrations of Lexmark and ITsavvy.
Pastor most recently served as president and COO, where he oversaw enterprise transformation, global service delivery, revenue operations, marketing and communications, and the company's people and technology functions.
Pastor said he was looking to lead Xerox into its next chapter, adding that he aims to focus on execution and delivering on the company's priorities.
Xerox reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook and said it remains on track to meet its financial and operational targets.
