WASHINGTON, March 13 (Reuters) - Republican U.S. Senator Tom Tillis said on Friday an appeal by the Trump administration in a Justice Department case involving Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell "will only delay the confirmation of Kevin Warsh as the next Fed Chair."
