Canada increasing security at U.S., Israeli diplomatic buildings, police say

March 10 (Reuters) - Canada is increasing security around U.S. and Israeli embassies and consulate buildings in Toronto and Ottawa after a shooting incident at the U.S. consulate in Toronto, a Canadian police official said on Tuesday.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police chief superintendent Chris Leather said the consulate shooting is being investigated as a "national security incident."
