L3Harris taps former Northrop executive Kenneth Sharp as CFO

March 2 (Reuters) - Defense supplier L3Harris Technologies LHX.N said on Monday that it has appointed Kenneth Sharp as its chief financial officer, effective March 16.

Sharp succeeds Kenneth Bedingfield, who took charge as finance chief in December 2023. Bedingfield will focus on leading the company's missile solutions business and steer the unit through its planned IPO in the second half of the year.

Sharp was most recently finance chief at national security company, Peraton. He has also served as CFO for IT services firm DXC Technology DXC.N, and was CFO at defense giant Northrop Grumman's NOC.N defense systems business.
