March 2 (Reuters) - British engineering firm Senior SNR.L reported a 20% rise in annual adjusted operating profit on Monday, citing robust demand and improved pricing for aerospace components.
Senior, which builds and supplies components to aircraft manufacturers including Boeing BA.N and AirBus AIR.PA, said last week that it had received several takeover offers.
The company said trading had started well in the first two months of 2026 and that expectations were unchanged for the rest of the year.
Senior reported adjusted operating profit of 63.6 million pounds ($85.11 million) for the year ended December 31, compared with 53 million pounds in the prior year.
