Russia prefers dialogue with US after end of nuclear treaty but is ready for any scenario, Lavrov says

MOSCOW, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Russia would prefer to have a a dialogue with the United States after the expiry of the New START nuclear arms control treaty, but is ready for any scenario, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.
Lavrov said Moscow would see how ready Washington was to talk about strategic nuclear security.
