Kremlin had advance warning of Xi-Trump phone call, Ifax reports

MOSCOW, Feb 4 (Reuters) - The Kremlin had advance warning that Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump were going to talk by phone on Wednesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was cited as saying by the Interfax news agency.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also spoke to Xi on Wednesday, hailing their ties during a video call.
