Kremlin says Russia will act responsibly after expiry of nuclear deal with US

MOSCOW, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Russia will act carefully and responsibly following the expiry of the New START treaty with the United States that limits the size of both countries' strategic nuclear arsenals, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters.
The treaty, signed in 2010, expires at the end of Wednesday.
