Russia and China should develop 'grand plan' for bilateral relations, Xi tells Putin

MOSCOW, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Chinese leader Xi Jinping told Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday that their two countries should work out a "grand plan" for the development of bilateral relations.
Xi was speaking via an interpreter in a conversation with Putin, parts of which were broadcast on Russian state television.
