
Feb 3 (Reuters) - Water technology company Pentair PNT.F reported a rise in fourth-quarter revenue and profit on Tuesday, helped by strong sales growth across its flow, water solutions and pool segments.
The company reported net sales of $1.02 billion for the quarter ended December 31, above $972.9 million it reported last year. On an adjusted basis, it reported a profit of $1.18 per share, up 9% from $1.08 per share a year ago.
Pentair designs filtration and water management systems for residential and industrial markets. It offers pumps and fluid treatment products in its flow segment, water treatment systems in the water solutions segment, and pool equipment.
Pentair forecast 2026 adjusted profit per share in the range of $5.25 to $5.40 and expects full-year sales to rise about 3% to 4%. The London, UK-based company also reported adjusted profit of $4.92 per share for 2025 on Tuesday.
"We expect 2026 to deliver another year of sales and earnings growth and margin expansion," CEO John Stauch said.
The company also said it plans to provide an update on its full-year long-term outlook at an investor day scheduled for March 4.
