LONDON, Feb 2 (Reuters) - A spokesperson for Britain's Labour Party said it is right that Peter Mandelson resigned from the party after new reports of his ties with late U.S. sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, adding that disciplinary action was already under way prior to him doing so.
