Rubio says U.S. has established respectful and productive dialogue with Venezuela leaders

WASHINGTON, Jan 28 (Reuters) - The United States has established a "very respectful and productive" line of communication with Venezuela's interim leaders, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday, following a military incursion to capture President Nicolas Maduro earlier this month.
Speaking before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Rubio also said he believed Washington will be able to soon open a U.S. diplomatic presence on the ground in Venezuela.
