Mexico's Banorte posts 16% rise in fourth-quarter profit

MEXICO CITY, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Mexico's Grupo Financiero Banorte GFNORTEO.MX reported a 16% rise in its fourth-quarter net profit compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 15.87 billion pesos.
Revenues for the lender totaled 42.14 billion pesos in the quarter, an increase of 12% from a year earlier.
