Co's merger partner and AI cloud firm, Corvex, secures long-term deal with an unnamed company to deploy Nvidia's H200 AI chip under a lease agreement
In November, Corvex announced to combine with Movano in an all-stock transaction; Corvex shareholders to own about 96.2% of the combined company upon completion
Merger is expected to close in Q1 2026
