Jan 21 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will address lawmakers publicly for the first time next week on the United States' operation in Venezuela, Punchbowl News reported on Wednesday.
Rubio will testify before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee next Wednesday, the report said, citing a committee aide.
