MOSCOW, Jan 20 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev posted on X that he had arrived in Davos, where sources told Reuters he plans to hold talks with U.S. officials on the fringes of the World Economic Forum.
Dmitriev is a key figure in talks on ending the Ukraine war and exploring future commercial opportunities between Russia and the United States.
