BRUSSELS, Jan 19 (Reuters) - The best way to prevent threats of higher tariffs from U.S. President Donald Trump over Greenland to materialise is to show that the European Union is ready to react strongly, French Finance Minister Roland Lescure said ahead of a Eurogroup meeting in Brussels on Monday.
