• Cencosud expects to open around 20 new stores across multiple formats during the year.
• Majority of openings will be supermarkets, including 17 new supermarkets and seven Fresh Market stores in the United States.
• Remaining capex to be directed toward digital transformation, e-commerce expansion, retail media businesses and strengthening logistics capabilities.
• Cencosud expects to post yearly revenue of $18.41 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $1.82 billion, with double-digit margins in Chile, Peru, and the United States, driven by operational improvements and expansion across all its markets.
