Trump says meeting with oil companies to focus on Venezuela, reducing prices

Jan 9 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday said his afternoon meeting with executives from oil companies at the White House will focus on Venezuela's oil industry and lowering prices for Americans.
"Today’s meeting will almost exclusively be a discussion on Venezuelan Oil, and our longterm relationship with Venezuela, its Security, and People. A very big factor in this involvement will be the reduction of Oil Prices for the American People," Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social.
