Rubio, NATO head discuss significance of Arctic security, says State

Jan 9 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke to NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Friday and "discussed the significance of Arctic security for all NATO Allies," the State Department said.

Several NATO members expressed concern after the White House said on Tuesday that the U.S. was considering a range of options to acquire Greenland, including the use of military force.
