Woman killed in ICE incident appeared to be blocking road, Minneapolis officials say

Jan 7 (Reuters) - A woman who was shot and killed Wednesday by ICE appeared to be in a car blocking the roadway, Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said.
At some point, O'Hara told reporters, the vehicle was approached by an ICE officer and began to drive off, then at least two shots were fired.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey called a previous statement from federal officials characterizing the shooting an act of self defense a "garbage narrative."
