PRAGUE, Jan 6 (Reuters) - The Czech government will no longer use its budget to fund a Prague-led initiative sourcing ammunition for Ukraine but the programme can continue if other states finance it, CTK news agency quoted Prime Minister Andrej Babis as saying on Tuesday.
Babis' government, in power since December, has been discussing the fate of the ammunition drive - which brings foreign donor countries together with Czech defence officials and traders - after Babis criticised the programme for being non-transparent.
"Our companies have the know-how. Of course, it must be transparent and without corruption," Babis said.
