WASHINGTON, Dec 19 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday told reporters that the United States is not concerned about an escalation with Russia when it comes to Venezuela, adding that Washington always expected Moscow to provide rhetorical support for Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
