Brazil seeks tariffs suspension after 'positive' Trump-Lula talks, foreign minister says

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 (Reuters) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva had a positive meeting with U.S. counterpart Donald Trump in Malaysia on Sunday, Brazil's foreign minister said.
Mauro Vieira said Trump had given the instruction to start bilateral negotiations and that should happen "today", and said Brazil had asked for tariffs to be suspended during the talks.
