BELGRADE, Oct 8 (Reuters) - The United States has postponed sanctions for Serbia's Russian-owned NIS NIIS.BEL oil company for one week, until October 15, the Belgrade-based Nova Ekonomija news portal reported citing sources. NIS did not respond to a request for comment.
