TORONTO, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney and his British counterpart Keir Starmer on Friday discussed deepening trade ties and possibly expanding the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, Carney's office said in a statement.
