QUITO, Sept 4 (Reuters) - The United States and Ecuador have made progress on a trade agreement talks and tariff negotiations, the countries' top diplomats said after a bilateral meeting on Thursday.
"We're very close on a trade agreement that we think will be incredibly beneficial to both of our economies," U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said during a press conference alongside his Ecuadorean counterpart Gabriela Sommerfeld.
