North Korea's Kim shook hands with South Korea's parliament speaker, Yonhap says
SEOUL, Sept 3 (Reuters) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un shook hands with the speaker of South Korea's National Assembly, Woo Won-shik, on Wednesday, the Yonhap news Agency said, citing Woo's office.
The pair shook hands before the start of a military parade they were attending in China on Wednesday to celebrate the formal surrender of Japan in World War Two, Yonhap said. Woo was representing South Korea at the event.
Woo's office was not immediately reachable for comment.
