Putin and Kim start talks in China

MOSCOW, Sept 3 (Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have started their bilateral talks in Beijing, television footage showed.

The Kremlin posted a video on its Telegram messaging app showing the two leaders getting into Putin's official car, adding they were on their way to talks.
