KYIV, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Ukraine's Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko said on Sunday she had discussed security guarantees with U.S. special representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg during a meeting in Kyiv.
"This is not only about the military component, but also about political stability and economic capacity," Svyrydenko wrote on Telegram.
"The issue of critical minerals and industrial assets that Russia is trying to exploit in the temporarily occupied territories was discussed separately. It is unacceptable for their extraction or trade to be legalised."
