Putin says Russia discussing joint projects with US in Arctic and Alaska

MOSCOW, Aug 22 (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that Russia was discussing joint projects with the United States in the Arctic and in Alaska.
Putin did not give details. Both Russia and the United States have said they see enormous economic opportunities if they can normalise relations after ties plunged to a post-Cold War low because of Russia's war in Ukraine.
