Swedish car lobby welcomes plan for lower U.S. car tariff

STOCKHOLM, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Swedish car association Mobility Sweden said on Thursday it was good news if U.S. car import tariffs from Europe will be reduced retroactively to 15% from 27.5% from August 1, in line with a joint statement by the European Union and the United States.
