Optio appoints Deloitte's Hallett to lead insurer partnerships

Aug 19 - (The Insurer) - Optio Group has appointed Carrie-Ann Hallett as head of insurer partnerships, the specialty MGA announced on Tuesday.
She will assume the role immediately and be based in London, reporting to chief underwriting officer Gary Head.
Hallett was most recently senior manager for insurance (technology and transformation) at Deloitte. Prior to that, she held various underwriting and operational roles at Hiscox across different business units and distribution channels.
Optio's recent acquisition spree includes deals for Circles Group, Den Hartigh, S Insurance and Heca S.r.l.
