Thailand to submit final trade proposal to United States on Wednesday, minister says

BANGKOK, July 30 (Reuters) - Thailand's finance minister said on Wednesday that the border conflict with Cambodia has not impacted trade talks with the United States, adding that Thailand will submit its final trade proposal to Washington later in the day.
Thailand faces a 36% U.S. tariff if a deal cannot be reached before August 1.
