RIO DE JANEIRO, July 29 (Reuters) - Brazil's government will help planemaker Embraer EMBR3.SA deal with the 50% tariff U.S. President Donald Trump plans to impose on Brazilian goods starting August 1, Ports and Airports Minister Silvio Costa Filho said on Tuesday.
"We will do everything within our power to help Embraer," he told reporters at an event in Rio de Janeiro, adding the government could provide the firm with more credit.
