French trade minister expects spirits sector exemption in EU/U.S. trade deal

PARIS, July 28 (Reuters) - French trade minister Laurent Saint Martin said on Monday he expected the country's spirits sector to be exempted from a framework trade deal between the European Union and United States that would impose a 15% import tariff on most EU goods.
Laurent Saint Martin also told France Inter radio that he still considered the deal as being 'unbalanced', echoing the views of other French government ministers on the matter.
