TURNBERRY, Scotland, July 27 (Reuters) - European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen on Sunday put chances of a trade deal with U.S. President Donald Trump at 50-50, adding that any agreement would be based on fairness and a rebalancing.
Ahead of her meeting with Trump in Scotland, von der Leyen described the U.S. president as a "tough negotiator and dealmaker" and said that if they reached an agreement it would be the biggest deal either had clinched.
