WASHINGTON, July 25 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that he is looking at secondary sanctions on Russia amid the war in Ukraine.
"It could be that we have to put secondary sanctions on Russia," Trump said to reporters at the White House before leaving for a trip to Scotland.
