Mexican President Sheinbaum hopes to reach tariffs agreement with US, open to calling Trump if needed

MEXICO CITY, July 24 (Reuters) - Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Thursday she hopes to reach an agreement on tariffs, but will speak with Trump if necessary.
"We are going to wait, but if it is necessary we will make the call," Sheinbaum said during her daily press conference.
