WASHINGTON, July 23 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told Fox News on Wednesday that President Donald Trump's administration will likely announce a successor to Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell in December or January.
Powell's term is slated to end in May 2026.
