ANKARA, July 23 (Reuters) - Turkey hopes that delegations from Ukraine and Russia will hold results-oriented talks on memoranda they exchanged, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Wednesday.
Speaking at the opening of the third round of Ukraine-Russia talks in Istanbul's Ciragan Palace, Fidan said that Turkey's aim was "to end this bloody war as soon as possible."
"The ultimate goal here is, of course, a ceasefire that will pave the way for peace," Fidan said.
