QBE North America names Atkinson president of NAU Country

July 18 - (The Insurer) - QBE North America has appointed Jordan Atkinson as president of NAU Country Insurance Company, its $4 billion crop insurance business specializing in multiple-peril crop insurance.
Effective August 18, Atkinson will report directly to Julie Wood, CEO of QBE North America, and join the executive management board.
Atkinson previously served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer of NAU Country, and has held various roles in marketing, branch management, and claims within the organization.
He succeeds Jim Korin, the long-serving president of NAU Country, who announced his retirement earlier this year.
"Throughout his 15-year tenure, Jordan has built and fostered strong industry and agent relationships, amassed deep business and institutional knowledge, and established himself as a trusted and respected leader within our organization,” said Wood.
