July 18 (Reuters) - David Rhodes, the former CBS News head and Sky executive, is in talks to take over CBS News if the Skydance acquisition of Paramount closes, US-based digital news website Puck news said on Friday.
CBS parent Paramount Global PARA.O is seeking approval from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission for an $8.4-billion merger with Skydance Media.
