PRAGUE, July 15 (Reuters) - The Czech Republic will not join weapons purchases for Ukraine under a U.S. plan announced on Monday, news website publico.cz quoted Prime Minister Petr Fiala as saying on Tuesday.
"The Czech Republic focuses on other projects and paths how to help Ukraine, for example through the ammunition initiative" under which Czechs source large-calibre shells around the world with funding from allies, he said.
