DUBAI, July 14 (Reuters) - Hardline Iranian lawmaker Esmail Kosari said military measures concerning the Strait of Hormuz have been finalised but no decision has yet been made regarding its (closure) and the matter is still under review, Iran's state media cited him as saying on Monday.
