Willis appoints Cousins as head of London market claims

July 14 - (The Insurer) - Willis has expanded the remit of Adrian Cousins to include the role of head of London market claims, the broker announced on Monday.

In his new role, Cousins will be responsible for overseeing and implementing key aspects of Willis’ global claims strategy, including engagement with London market insurers, reinsurers, adjusters and law firms.

He will report to Neil Harrison, global head of claims at WTW.

Cousins, who has been with WTW for over three decades, will continue to serve as head of claims for financial and executive risks in Great Britain, Western Europe and internationally.

In this role, he reports to Jeremy Wall, global head of finex.
