Zelenskiy says he may appoint defence minister as Ukraine's ambassador to US

KYIV, July 10 (Reuters) - President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday he would replace Ukraine's ambassador to the United States and was considering his defence minister, Rustem Umerov, for the post.
Zelenskiy said the main task would be to strengthen Ukraine in its defence efforts in the war against Russia and Umerov was a key figure to do that.
